风是暖的，阳光开始有了重量

草木不再含蓄地冒尖

而是不管不顾地铺开

走在路上，能听见万物拔节的声音

不是安静地到来，而是坦荡地占领

No longer timidly sprouting, the grass and trees spread without holding back

Walking along the road, you can hear the rustling of all things growing

Not arriving quietly, but openly taking over

这个月份有一种脾气

它不问你准备好了没有

只管把日子拉长，把天空推高

让所有该发芽的、该绽放的、该扎根的

统统来不及犹豫

This month has a temper

It doesn’t ask if you’re ready

it simply stretches the days, lifts the sky higher

and lets everything that needs to sprout, bloom, or take root

move forward without a moment’s hesitation

就像我们手头那些正在推进的事。前期漫长的铺垫，到了这个时节，也该长出些模样来。不是所有努力都能立刻看见结果，但在四月，总有什么在悄悄加速——那些埋进土里的，终于破土；那些酝酿已久的，终于蓄势待发。

This is what it’s like with the work we’re carrying forward—the long groundwork laid before, now finally ready to take shape. Not every effort yields immediate results, but in April, something quietly accelerates: what was buried in the earth finally breaks through; what was long brewing is finally ready to surge forward.

The ideas on paper are taking shape faster

underground pipelines stretch forward, growing alongside the roots of spring

Every milestone, every push forward

feels like the strength that lay dormant in the earth all winter

now finally finding its echo

时间不语，自有答案

最好的状态大概就是这样：不急着证明什么，但每一步都算数；不刻意追赶时间，但时间自会给出答案。

Perhaps this is the best state to be in: no rush to prove anything, yet every step counts; no need to chase time, yet time will give its answer.
