Zhonghailin can provide training for physical testing and chemical analysis personnel. The training includes four specialty orientations: chemical analysis, spectral analysis, mechanical properties and metallographic examination.
Qualified inspection personnel can register and take the training.
1. Application requirements:
(1) Those who meet one of the following requirements can apply for the qualification of junior physical testing and chemical analysis personnel:
a) Technical secondary school or above diploma in related major (including technical secondary school diploma), continuously engaged in this field for at least one year;
b) Technical secondary school or above diploma in non-related major (including technical secondary school diploma), continuously engaged in this field for at least two years;
c) High school graduation, continuously engaged in this field for at least three years;
(2) Those who meet one of the following requirements can apply for the qualification of intermediate physical testing and chemical analysis personnel:
a) Have the title of assistant engineer or above or the qualification of senior engineer or above;
b) Bachelor degree or above in related major, continuously engaged in this field for at least two years;
a) College degree in related major, continuously engaged in this field for at least three years;
A) Technical secondary school diploma in related major, continuously engaged in this field for at least five years;
e) Graduated from senior high school or technical secondary school, and continuously engaged in this field for at least six years; other personnel shall continuously engaged in this field for at least ten years;
f) If one have obtained the first level certificate for more than two years, he/she can apply for the qualification of intermediate physical testing and chemical analysis personnel.
2. On the day of registration, please bring the original application form (with official seal), see the attachment. A one inch bareheaded color electronic photo, copy of ID card, academic certificate and professional title certificates.
3. According to the Working Rules for Technical Training and Ability Evaluation of Physical Testing and Chemical Analysis Personnel in Machinery Industry, the ability evaluation of the personnel will be taken after the training. Those who pass the examination will be issued with the qualification certificate of the corresponding level.
4. Training fee: junior level:￥1800 / person /subject ,intermediate level:￥2000 yuan / person / subject
5.Training Schedule:Every April & October.
6. The certificate is valid for four years. Information for certificate renewal personnel:
①The previous certificates must be a certificate issued after training by Tianjin Testing Technology Research Center.
②Fill in the Application Form for Technical Training and Ability Evaluation of Physical Testing and Chemical Analysis Personnel in Machinery Industry
③Original certificate, copy of ID card, copy of academic certificate, copy of professional title certificates(if any), one inch electronic color photo(resolution≥300). The above information is used for certificate making.
④Certificate renewal fee: ￥600/ person /subject
⑤The above material can be sent by post, and the trainee may not be present.
⑥If the trainee who participate in the training are the one who renew his/her certificate for the second time (the personnel has been holding the certificate for eight years), he/she needs to participate in the ability evaluation again to obtain the certificate.
