温风已至 · 暑气渐浓
今日小暑，夏天的第五个节气。
《月令七十二候集解》载：“暑，热也，就热之中分为大小，月初为小，月中为大，今则热气犹小也。”
小暑即“小热”，一年中最热的时段尚未到来，但温风已至，暑气渐浓。
小暑以出梅、入伏为标志，此后全国大部分地区进入盛夏。
民间素有“小暑不算热，大暑三伏天”的说法——热，还在后头。
骄阳之下 · 步履不停
小暑有三候：“一候温风至，二候蟋蟀居壁，三候鹰始击。”
热风拂面，蟋蟀迁至墙角避暑，雄鹰搏击长空。万物都在用自己的方式，迎接盛夏的到来。
对石油人而言，
小暑意味着真正的“烤验”开始了。
野外施工现场，
烈日炙烤着管线与设备，
汗水浸透工装是常态。
电焊工蹲在管沟旁作业，
焊花与烈日交相辉映；
巡检员沿着管线徒步巡查，
脚下的土地滚烫；
场站建设者顶着高温浇筑混凝土，
每一方都凝结着坚守的分量。
高温是常态 · 坚守是姿态
小暑也是调整节奏的信号。许多项目现场已科学排班、优化流程，灵活调整作业时间，避开正午高温时段。
为员工配备防暑降温饮品和药品，撑起“清凉伞”。抓两头、歇中间，减轻劳动强度——这是对建设者最实在的关怀。
小暑虽热，
却也是万物生长的旺季。
管线在延伸，场站在成形，
项目在推进。
愿所有石油人在这个夏天，
忙而不乱，热而不躁，
平安度夏。
