乌干达的雨季，河水涨了。EACOP项目乌干达段施工途中，宽阔的河面横亘在管线延伸的方向上。水流湍急，河床之下地质复杂。管道要从此处穿过，难度远超常规路段。
乌干达雨季，大河与管线的较量
这不是普通的沟壑，而是一道真正的关卡。河岸两侧地势低洼，地下水资源丰富，土层承载力差，管沟成型困难。大型设备难以全面展开，施工空间局促。更棘手的是，河底地层软硬交替，结构分布极不均匀——既要应对松软土层带来的坍塌风险，又要攻克坚硬岩层对穿越的阻碍。
地质多变，方案因段制宜
施工团队没有退缩，而是选择以更扎实的方式应对。他们反复勘察河床地质，精准测定穿越路径。针对不同地层特性，制定分段的施工方案：松软段加固地基、控制沉降，硬岩段优化钻具、调整节奏。河岸两侧同步作业，设备与人员紧密配合，确保每一次推进都精准无误。
