9月24日，全球首座移动式注热平台“热采一号”在山东威海出坞下水，标志着我国海上稠油热采关键核心技术取得重大突破，为规模化、高效化撬动海上稠油资源开拓新路径、激活“新引擎”，对保障国家能源安全、助力端稳能源饭碗具有重要意义。
稠油即相对黏稠、流动性差的原油，宛如“黑琥珀”一般，开采难度很大。
作为世界四大稠油生产国之一，中国稠油资源量约有198.7亿吨，仅在渤海海域，稠油储量就占原油总探明储量的近一半。与常规原油“冷采”的开发模式不同，稠油通常采用“热采”模式。“热采一号”的核心能力是将高温高压的蒸汽注入油层后，使稠油黏度降低，成为流动性好、易开采的“稀油”。
“热采一号”由我国自主设计建造的国内首个海上移动式试采平台“海洋石油162”升级改造而成。
据悉，“热采一号”上四根高度超过70米的桩腿是该平台可实现海域移动作业的关键装置。“热采一号”可以穿梭不同平台进行注热，有效降低稠油油田开发成本。
