7月1日，中国石油新疆油田玛湖078井场“分布式光伏+锌溴液流电池储能”带载调试于近日完成，标志着中国石油首个锌溴液流电池储能系统在边远井零碳采油中成功应用。目前，该井日间抽正常运行，日平均节约柴油50升。
这是中国石油自己生产制造的首个锌溴液流储能系统。玛湖078地处准格尔盆地西北部，电网架设投资及依靠传统柴油发电开展生产的成本较高。用电问题成了玛湖078清洁绿色转型过程中必须面对的挑战。
通过对比各类型储能电池产品，结合新疆油田零碳/近零碳井场先导试验工程的工况特殊性，中国石油最终选择了锌溴液流电池方案。该系统中选用的“锌溴液流电池”核心就是水基溴化锌电解液。
这种电解液是一种可以重复使用的天然阻燃剂，能够有效降低运行成本。
该储能系统可以满足离网型边远井场4至24小时储能时长及冬季零下25摄氏度低温放电的实际需求，推动油气采掘高效生产。
不仅如此，经过优化，该光储系统还可以根据油井的工作时长而变化，首次将光储比由恒定值优化为随开井时长变化的动态值，在满足油井产量需求的前提下，有效降低了储能电池容量，实现了新能源供电与智能化采油技术的有机结合，为边远井提产提效探索出了一条低成本绿色低碳技术路径。
