6月3日9时30分，宁216脱水站及宁201中心站废气回收工艺装置点火后重沸器火焰燃烧充分，加热温度稳定，装置运行情况良好，标志着国内首创废气回收工艺装置一次性投产成功！
该项目是响应国家“双碳”目标和节能减排要求的典型环保项目，主要功能用于宁216脱水站及宁201中心站脱水装置废气处理工艺进行升级改造。该项目内容包括：新建3套废气回收工艺装置及相关配套设施。
针对项目实际，该项目工艺设计创新提出了新的废气回收工艺，即将废气进行冷却、分离作为重沸器燃料气使用的工艺。与传统工艺相比，该工艺不仅将装置产生的废气变废为宝，每年可节约天然气50万方，创造了更高的经济价值，而且减少了传统的废气灼烧炉及相关配套设施的建设，降低工程建设成本同时，每年综合能耗比以往降低约35%。
该废气回收工艺装置投运成功，在实现科技成果转化的同时，进一步开拓了新的市场，更为助力国家实现“双碳”目标贡献了力量。
